Policy for Referral Bonus Program:
- A qualified referral must not be someone we have contacted or has contacted us or currently employed by one of our client companies.
- The referral bonus will be paid after the guarantee period is complete.
- Referrals of candidates or hiring managers must be submitted through email or using the online form submitted on www.focusmilitary.com.
- Candidate Referrals must include: Candidate's name, current employer, home or office phone number and a brief summary of their skills.
- Hiring manager referrals must include: Company name, hiring manager name, location, and phone number.
- Include your contact information to send your referral bonus.
- Please note whether referral should be contacted with or with out your name.
- There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses an individual can receive during the course of one year.
- A 1099 will be issued at the end of the calendar year. This must be included with your Federal and State tax report.
